Cash Flow Real Estate Investing TV: Tenant Screening. Again

If you’re doing rental properties right, then you have great units that you’re proud to own and that you never, ever want to sell. But in order to generate ROI, you need to turn your beloved units over to renters that pretty much couldn’t care less about them.

So the idea is to take whatever steps we can to mitigate the risk of renting to a “bad” tenant. And the biggest step we can take is with tenant screening.
