After a very busy weekend I was greeted by a flurry of activity today. Lots of calls and emails from people, some wanting to rent apartments before Christmas and some getting ready for the new year. It’s nice to build momemtum, and the year on a very high note, and start 2010 at a full sprint.

This was my favorite stop of the day – the first foreclosure that I have looked at in almost two years. And what a beauty it was. Great neighborhood with no other houses for sale. Landscaped lot, beautiful brick, and just stunning curb appeal. And the power was on. It still needs $20k worth of work, but it beats the cold, moldy pieces of sh** that I looked at before!
