Part 2 of One Very Busy Saturday. Stop 2 was checking in with a tenant on a plumbing issue. I don’t normally check on this stuff personally, but since I was out there I decided to stop by. There ended up being a clogged line, but it wasn’t as severe as it sounded on the phone last night. Big surprise.
I called my plumber and gave the tenant and plumber each other’s numbers. By this evening the tenant hadn’t yet returned the plumber’s call.
