This was my favorite stop of the day – the first foreclosure that I have looked at in almost two years. And what a beauty it was. Great neighborhood with no other houses for sale. Landscaped lot, beautiful brick, and just stunning curb appeal. And the power was on. It still needs $20k worth of work, but it beats the cold, moldy pieces of sh** that I looked at before!
